How to Print Your Own Labels at Home

In this guide, we’ll show you how to print your labels at home with instructions on how to locate our free templates available to you to make the process quick and easy. Learn how to properly position your artwork along within each template option, along with a few printing tips aimed to make the DIY label printing process as seamless as possible!

 

Finding Your Template

So, you’ve received your blank sheet labels, now it’s time to start printing! When it comes to printing your labels at home, we offer a variety of printing options for flexibility in selecting your desired printing method. Head on over to our templates page to get started. Here, you will be able to search for your template by size, number of labels per sheet, shape, or search by item number (all item numbers begin with “SL”). You’ll also find 3 downloadable template options that you can click on to get started:

  1. Microsoft Word
  2. Adobe Acrobat
  3. Sheet Labels® Free Online Design & Print Software

How to find printing templatesNote: Both MS Word and Adobe templates allow for free viewing access and download, though there may be an additional cost associated to use these platforms by their respected parties. Our design software that is accessible online right within the sheetlabels.com website is free to use, no subscription required.

 

Customize & Print - MS Word

The following steps and graphics will instruct you on how to upload and print your labels using our MS Word template. Once you find the template you need, click on the MS Word template icon to download your template. By default, this will open in protected view mode. You will need to click the ‘Enable Editing’ button to begin editing.
