How do I cancel an order ...

How do I cancel an order or request a return?

If you are looking to cancel your order, please contact our Client Services Team via phone at (888) 391-7165 or email (support@sheetlabels.com). We have representatives available Monday-Friday from 8:30 AM-6:30 PM EST. Please note that we may be unable to cancel your order if it is already in production.

We do not accept returns on custom label orders, but we will work with you to find a solution that fits your needs, including refunds, credit towards a future order, and/or reprinting an order free of charge if deemed defective. Blank labels have a 30-day return policy.
