Why is my order on hold?
Your order may be placed on hold for a variety of reasons. We will always email you notifying you of the on-hold status and reason. These appear as automated emails and are sent from support@sheetlabels.com. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder as well as these may be inadvertently delivered there. If you are unsure why your order is on hold, please contact Sheet Labels and a member of our client services team will assist you. Common reasons for orders being placed on hold include the following:
Customer Related
- Awaiting New Artwork
- Awaiting Decision/Approval to Move Forward
- Proof Approval Needed
- Customer Hold
Sheet Labels Related
- Material Delay/Shortage
- Quality Concern(s)
- Faulty/Damaged Die, New Die Needed
- Accounting
- Pending Refund/Cancellation
