Q: What is the minimum order for custom stickers?

A: This will depend on the type of sticker you are ordering. Die cut stickers and sticker sheets have a 25-sticker minimum. Sticker rolls have a 50-sticker minimum.

Q: How many stickers can I fit on a single sheet?

A: We can fit multiple stickers on a single sheet. This will depend on the size and quantity of artworks you’d like printed. Simply upload your design(s) in our workflow and adjust as needed until you’re happy with your sheet of stickers.

Q: Are stickers easy to remove/reuse?

A: Our custom stickers are made with a permanent adhesive and are not necessarily designed to be removed and reused. If you are going to remove your sticker from its surface, please note that it may leave behind a residue and may require additional cleaning.

Q: What is the best use for custom stickers?

A: Virtually anything! Custom stickers are a great way to promote your product or brand, or to include as an insert in your packaged orders. They’re also great for decorating your personal accessories. Whether you’re looking for your next promotional item for a business event or looking to give your laptop some extra flare, we can produce the perfect sticker for you!

Q: What is the difference between die cut and kiss cut stickers?

A: Die cut stickers are specifically cut to the shape of your design whereas kiss cut stickers have a square or rectangular border around the shape of your design and are easier to peel. If you have a unique design and its shape is important to you and your branding, then die cut stickers are the way to go!

Q: Can I write on my custom stickers?

A: You can! Permanent markers are safe to use if you plan to write on your stickers. The ink from permanent markers will adhere to the stickers without issue.

Q: Can my stickers be used both indoors and outdoors?

A: Yes! All of our stickers (individual die-cut, sheets, and rolls) are made with high-quality materials that are finished with a laminate to protect your print from contact exposure from various elements. They are durable and waterproof so you do not have to worry about your stickers smearing or breaking down.

Q: How do I know which material to choose for my stickers?

A: This will depend on your use and application. Although our stickers are laminated which protect them from normal wear and tear and various weathering elements, some materials work better for certain uses than others. If you’re unsure of what material you need, contact us and a team member will work with you to find the best material for your application.

Q: What type of file do I need to upload to create custom stickers?

A: We accept various file types for printing (JPG, GIF, PNG, TIFF, EPS, AI, PSD) though vector files (EPS, SVG, AI) are preferred as these are editable by our design team to quickly and easily adjust your artwork to meet your needs. Additionally, files with a DPI rating of 300 or higher are recommended for better print quality.

Q: When will my stickers ship?

A: Standard turnaround time for custom sticker orders is 4 business days after proof approval. When you submit your order, our design team will review your artwork and send you a digital proof within 1 business day. Once approved, your order will move into production. Please note that denial of proof or delayed confirmation will extend the length of time for your order to ship. You also have the option to expedite the printing process of your stickers with 2-day and 24-hour rush options offered during checkout.

Q: What is the most durable material for custom stickers?

A: Any stickers are produced with variations of our BOPP (biaxially-oriented polypropylene) material, giving you a durable and sharp looking sticker. BOPP is a film material that is suitable for applications requiring water/chemical resistance, with a strong adhesive and guaranteed to keep your print protected when exposed to such elements.
